Shipping Policy

At Creatorshirts, we are committed to getting your custom apparel to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping rates, delivery estimates, and policies below.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We offer simple, transparent shipping pricing based on your order total:

Free shipping on orders over $65. A flat rate of $7.90 applies to orders under $65.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: Orders for non-customized items are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Customized/Print-on-Demand Items: Since our products are made to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production and quality control before your item ships.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.
  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has left our facility, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–10 business days
Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Creatorshirts is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or customs hold-ups.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@creatorshirts.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Domestic Orders: Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • International Orders:
    • Prices displayed on our site do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local brokerage fees.
    • The recipient is solely responsible for paying any additional charges required by their country’s customs authority upon delivery.
    • Please check with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Address Errors: If you realize you made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately at support@creatorshirts.com.
    • If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it free of charge.
    • If the order has already shipped, we cannot intercept it. You may be responsible for return shipping and reshipping costs if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
  • Lost Packages: Creatorshirts is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are stolen or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 48 hours at support@creatorshirts.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or indicates the package is lost, please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue (replacement or refund).
