Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 2-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your products are shipped. Delivery times are based on orders placed between business hours only. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Our products are shipped by USPS/UPS/FedEx.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Processing time: 2-3 Business Days
Domestic Shipping time: 3-10 Business Days
Worldwide Shipping time: 5-25 Business Days
We process orders between Monday to Friday 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm PT. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.
Shipping Fees
A shipping tracking link will be added to your order when it is shipped. If anything else is not announced, shipping fees specified in US Dollar ($, USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
Domestic shipping cost(United State):
All orders from $65 are free shipping.
Orders under $65: $7.99 per order.
Worldwide shipping cost:
All orders from $200 are free shipping.
Orders under $200: $18 per order.
Will I Be Charged VAT Taxes?
Domestic(United State) Fee tax: 6.78% of the order total.
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
Do You Offer Delivery To PO Boxes Or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive.
Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
